PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY OF THE TRAVEL AND TOURISM AGENCY - TOUR OPERATOR “NATURAL EXPLORER TOURS”

1. Introduction

This policy details what actions we carry out with the personal data of our clients within the framework of the provision of tourist services provided by the Travel and Tourism Agency - Tourism Operator Natural Explorer Tours SRL, hereinafter referred to as: "Natural Explorer Tours"

2. Aim

To detail the actions carried out with the personal data of our clients within the framework of the provision of tourist services. As well as to make known the way in which the personal data of clients, passengers, suppliers, tour operators, travel agencies and collaborators are protected and treated, from their collection through the different channels, whether physical or digital, for the purposes duly communicated by the company.

If you use the services of Natural Explorer Tours SRL, you agree to give your prior, free, express, unequivocal and informed consent to process the personal data you provide, pursuant to this policy.

The personal information collected about your customers is used for the purpose of contacting you if necessary, issuing payment receipts, quotes, sending sales information, making reservations for land tickets or transportation of any kind, as well as for advertising purposes (promotions, campaigns, discounts and other similar benefits through emails, virtual media, text messages, brochures or others).

Names, photos, videos, etc. can be used to post, send and share promotions on our social networks: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Youtube and Gmail.

For this purpose, information is collected, used, managed, transferred, stored and processed, which may be associated with information belonging to natural persons in the development of their activities.

We use your personal data (name, ID, nationality, telephone number and email address or others) for the purchase, sale or confirmation of the reservations you request; or to send you information about our company. We also inform you that if you accept these terms, Natural Explorer Tours SRL will store your data, which will be registered in our database of our clients, respecting strict confidentiality and absolute reserve.

Natural Explorer Tours does not collect personal information about its clients for purposes other than those stated. Furthermore, it is the entity responsible for the personal data provided by users or generated as a result of service requests, reservations or other procedures, and may include them in Personal Data Banks of which it is the owner and responsible.

The company obtains and records information from its users through manual, physical, digital and automatic methods; it undertakes to guarantee and adopt measures for the security of the information, taking into account the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data provided.

To purchase a booked trip, we will ask for your credit card details, debit card details, expiration date and CVV number. If you request an invoice, we will ask for billing details if necessary.

We also inform you that you have a telephone number available to contact us directly.

4. General Information

The company complies with current Peruvian legislation on the protection of personal data, Law No. 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data and its complementary provisions.

In order to improve the service we provide you, we inform you that personal data relating to your purchases, interests and preferences may be used by Natural Explorer Tours for analysis purposes, generation of usage profiles, marketing studies, quality surveys and improvement of interaction with our customers.

5. Photography, videos and testimonies

If we secure or take any image of you during the tour, we have the right to use it in our advertising campaigns free of charge. This includes all types of promotional material such as slides, video programs, brochures and the Internet and social networks. If you have provided us with any written feedback physically or virtually, then that can also be used for promotional purposes. In order to comply with Peruvian legislation and company policies, we request your collaboration for the authorization of the use of your image, voice and/or reactions. Therefore, the client freely and voluntarily by using our services authorizes Natural Explorer Tours SRL expressly and irrevocably to freely and permanently use the company's image, voice and/or reactions in whole or in part so that they can be incorporated, disclosed in audiovisual, graphic and/or virtual media for advertising purposes.

This authorization is granted within the scope of Article 15 of the Civil Code and Law No. 29733.

6. Duration of retention of personal data

The period of time for which personal data will be used is indefinite.

7. Recipients of the data

In order to fulfill the purposes indicated in this Policy, it may be necessary for us to communicate or transfer your personal data to:

● Business Transfers: In connection with any reorganization, restructuring, merger or sale, or other transfer of assets, we will transfer information, including personal information, provided that the receiving party agrees to treat your personal information in a manner consistent with our Policy.

For example, to our travel providers involved, so that they can provide the products and/or provide the services you have contracted, that is, to the train company, entities that provide the entrance tickets, the hotel you booked, the guide and the car rental company you have contracted through our social networks, website, tour guide, etc.

By accepting this Policy, you expressly authorize us to process and communicate your personal data to the aforementioned companies and/or to transfer your personal data to the aforementioned service providers. The data required from the User or client will be those necessary for the contracted tourist services.

We will update this Policy from time to time and in response to requirements arising from legal, regulatory or operational changes. We will notify you of such changes (including when they come into effect) in accordance with the law.
